Financial Aid Information

 Autumn Semester 2020 purchasing period with Financial Aid will begin online at Noon August 21st 2020. College Credit Plus Bookstore Vouchers and Third Party Sponorship (Voc Rehab/BVR) purchasing period will begin August 18th 2020. To check your financial aid funds please login to your CougarWeb account. The Bookstore's website (this site) cannot be used to check financial aid funds. 1. CASH: In store only. Due to COVID-19 The Columbus Campus Store will remain closed for Summer Semester 2020.

2. DEBIT/CREDIT CARD: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

3. FINANCIAL AID ALLOWANCE: Financial Aid can be used online if available for a limited time at the beginning of each semester. If funds do not cover the full amount (including tax and shipping), your order will automatically be cancelled. Please visit your CougarWeb account and click on "Bookstore Charge Transactions" (located under the financial aid section) to verify available funds. Eligible items include academically required apparel, backpacks, totes, COTA bus passes, reference books, school supplies, technology products, and textbooks.

 

4. COLUMBUS STATE BOOKSTORE GIFT CARDS: Online only for Summer Semester 2020. Columbus State Bookstore Gift Cards can't be used as a split payment with Financial Aid. You can place a seperate order with the gift card only or split payment with a credit/debit card.

5. ON ACCOUNT, THIRD PARTY VOUCHER (i.e. Vocational Rehab or Exact Track) Can be used online if available for a limited time at the beginning of each semester.

6. COLLEGE CREDIT PLUS BOOKSTORE VOUCHER: Qualifying students you will recieve an email notification to their Columbus State email with instructions on how to obtain required course materials at the begninning of the semester. Online CCP Bookstore Voucher orders only apply to qualifying textbook purchases.
