Shipping

Please check your order status for confirmation that your order has been completed. Any delivery request must be communicated to UPS directly, any comments left on your order are seen by bookstore staff only.

Delivery Methods:

·       UPS - UPS ground orders are filled and ready to ship within 1-4 business days. Tracking information will be sent from UPS via e-mail once your order is picked up. Once UPS picks up orders, UPS ground orders will be delivered anywhere in Ohio within 1 business day as long as there are no issues with your address. UPS will provide a shipping confirmation with tracking to the email provided once an order has shipped. We do not ship to P.O. boxes; a valid street address is required. If you are military personnel shipping to an APO, your shipment will be sent US Postal Service. Please be sure to order your materials early as longer delivery timelines apply.

Note: Columbus Campus Bookstore online order pickup is not available.
